Working with Tarrytown Jewelers was an absolute pleasure. I worked closely with Nate and he made what could be somewhat of a stressful and mysterious process for a first time user of this app, completely at ease. We had open communication throughout the whole process and very resourceful. They were willing to accommodate my every need and even paid for express overnight shipping. While the listing only had 1 picture, I emailed them to get more information and they quickly responded with 15 additional pictures of the watch. And The watch was even more beautiful than it was in the pictures. It was in absolute pristine condition, came with the box, original paperwork and pouch.
